Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.

Qualifications:

• A valid Identification card and Social Security card.
• Proof of up-to-date Two-Step TB Test or Quantiferon Gold Test.
• A recent physical exam confirming you are fit to work.
• A voided check or direct deposit form for payroll processing.
• Prior experience in home care or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing excellent care.

Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $10 - $14.50 per hour, depending on experience.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 for caregivers who bring their own client to the agency, payable after 90 days of employment.
