Home Health Care Plus, founded in 2013 by local community members Destiny Smallwood-Carr, Damon Oberlton, and Jerry Carr, is committed to enhancing the lives of our neighbors. Our range of compassionate care services is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients, overseen by our dedicated office manager, Heather Speller, who ensures the smooth running of our operations.
Conveniently located at 60th and Market, close to transportation, our office reflects our dedication to being an integral part of the community. As community members, we recognized the need for senior care and job opportunities for locals, which led to the establishment of our business. We take pride in offering personalized care from familiar, trusted faces and deeply value our community connections.
Growing up in this neighborhood has instilled in us an understanding of the significance of reliable, compassionate care close to home. Our mission is to help individuals effectively manage the challenges of daily living with personalized and compassionate care. We are dedicated to upholding high care standards and look forward to continuing to grow with our community.
