Home Health Care Plus, founded in 2013 by local community members Destiny Smallwood-Carr, Damon Oberlton, and Jerry Carr, is committed to enhancing the lives of our neighbors. Conveniently located at 60th and Market, close to transportation, our office reflects our dedication to being an integral part of the community. As community members, we recognized the need for senior care and job opportunities for locals, which led to the establishment of our business.
